I started up a new Instagram account this year. Follow along each week and take action to master Instagram by the end of 2018.<\/p>\n<p><em>To get started<\/em>&hellip; implement three Hashtags tips.<\/p>\n<p>Why? Well, in my first five days on Instagram, with only one <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tomoson.com\/blog\/top-inspirational-quote-images-to-share-on-social-media\/\">inspirational quote<\/a> post per day, I was able to get <strong>2,744 views<\/strong> with <b>ONLY 60 followers.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3138\" src=\"https:\/\/tomoson.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/results-increasing-exposure-using-instagram-hashtags.jpg\" alt=\"Results on Instagram Increasing Exposure with Hashtags\" width=\"500\" height=\"921\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro Tip:<\/strong> Inspirational quotes should be part of your Instagram content strategy. You can get ideas from websites like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.birthdayfunnymeme.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BirthdayFunnyMeme<\/a> for quotes and text.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Takeaway:<\/strong> Hashtags increased my content&rsquo;s exposure by <strong>4,473%<\/strong>. Hashtags are how people discover you on Instagram. It&rsquo;s worth taking action on these three tips.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tip_One_Use_All_30_Hashtags\"><\/span>Tip One: Use All 30 Hashtags<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Use all 30 Instagram hashtags, which is the limit.<\/p>\n<p>Hashtags are how people find you on Instagram, similar to how people use keywords to find products on Amazon and Google.<\/p>\n<p>I mean&hellip; if Amazon or Google allowed you 30 keywords to rank higher, wouldn&rsquo;t you use all of them? You&rsquo;d probably find a way to squeeze in 31 ?<\/p>\n<p>Here is a <strong>bad example<\/strong> of hashtag utilization. If you type the &ldquo;dot&rdquo; directly into Instagram, it will be removed. Then you just have to copy\/paste them each time.<\/p>\n<p><em>Better yet<\/em>, <strong>use this awesome hack<\/strong>&hellip;<\/p>\n<p>Setup your phone&rsquo;s texting shortcuts to include your standard list of hashtags.<\/p>\n<p>There are shortcuts you can set up both on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=text+shorcut+android\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Android<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=text+shortcut+iphone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apple<\/a>. My Android device limited me to 50 characters, so&nbsp;I installed <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.isaiasmatewos.texpand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TEXPAND<\/a>, a free Android app.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&rsquo;s how it works&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First, create a shortcut&nbsp;name and paste in your 30 hashtags.
