4. WHAT IF A CRYSTAL COMES OUT? While this is rare, on occasion a crystal may come loose. Please contact us directly, and we will take care of you.
5. HOW MUCH ESSENTIAL OIL SHOULD I USE? We recommend you start with just one drop of oil on the pad. Essential oils are very strong, and if you use too much, it might be overwhelming.
