HOW DO YOU USE IT? You don`t need any additional tools to inflate the self-inflating sleeping pad. Spread out the mat, open the valve, and the mat will self-inflate. Close the valve tightly once the mat is fully inflated. Adjust the air pressure to make the pad comfortable. You can also add more air by blowing it up with your mouth. In order to deflate and fold the sleeping pad, open the black valve, roll the mat tightly from the opposite end of the mat, force the air out, and close the valve.
