Notes for using our heel insoles and ball of foot pads:
1. Clean the inside surface of the shoes where they will be placed with a wet towel and let it dry
2. Remove the plastic film
3. Place the cushion in your shoes and take your time to adjust it in the right position so it you can benefit from the most comfort
4. When placing your foot inside the shoe, hold the upper side of the heel cushion with your finger or use a shoehorn to avoid unsticking it from the back of the shoe
Other notes:
- For a comfortable use your shoes must be half size larger
- The heel cushion can be switched either to left or right foot but the forefoot cushion has to be placed on its specified side (see the foot drawing from it)
- They are reusable, you will need to clean the sticky bottom side by washing it
