Great for places featuring UV light, such as concert venues, clubs, bars, neon parties, zumba workouts, neon photo shoots, black-light theaters etc. Paint can be applied to many surfaces which include your body & face (although its not recommended for use on the skin around your eyes), clothes(painting over fabric may cause stains), paper, wood, etc. Cream based, non-toxic, safe on body and face, no stinky latex smell.
