We are seeking an authentic health and wellbeing advocate.
 
We want somebody who is willing to trial our online 'Steps to Self-Care' course and advertise the course on their socials.
 
We will assess if you are our ideal candidate and a suitable representative of our organisation and lifestyle.
 
You will be paid 25% of profits made. For Example, if 80 of your followers sign-up quoting your name, you will receive 25% of the £40 fee. That would give you £800.
 
 
 
The Campaign
The Steps to Self-Care online programme is a modern way for people to gain insight and understanding into their mental health, honouring our true identities, understanding why we experience anxiety and how we can identify our core beliefs that may be driving unhelpful behaviour. 
 
The course is divided into 5 sessions, ideally to be done weekly.
 
Because our approach is non-clinical, and the aesthetics of our organisation is inspired by sea, we've named each session after metaphors.
For Example:
The course begins with Week 1: 'The Sand in Your Shoe'- This is designed to encourage us to see what are our obstacles, to identify what's stopping us from being our ideal self. 
 
Week 2: 'Barefoot': This is focused around the metaphor of taking off the shoe that holds the burden of sand that's weighing you down and having the courage to be vulnerable and your most 'Authentic Self'.
 
Week 3: 'Sandstorm': Like a sandstorm, anxiety can be all consuming, and so this session brings attention to understand the difference between fear and anxiety and helps us to understand and normalise the reasons for panic as well as helping us identify unhelpful thinking styles. 
 
Week 4:'The Depths of You':This is an immensely interesting session as it encourages us to look at the Core Beliefs that we've developed and that ultimately influence how we think, feel and behave. Bringing awareness to our core beliefs give insight that can change our lives. 
 
Week 5: 'Making Waves': Like one of our taglines, 'making waves' looks at how we can use our experience to make waves and change the culture of mental health by empowering you to see that you're an expert by experience and that your struggle could be a page in somebody's survival guide.  
 
-Replenish also has Tribes (support groups) throughout Ireland and have a strong online presence where people can maintain connections with people who are part of Replenish.
