Here is a brief overview and some info about the planner:

 - The official name is ifocus business planner. It's because we created it for everyone who wants to be more productive, but mainly for entrepreneurs, side hustlers, creators, and makers.
- It comes in a nice box, so it could be a cool present or gift for a birthday or any other type of event.
- 90-day planner and undated: We don't believe in 1-year goal setting. There are tons of article on Google, why 90-day goal setting is much more effective and we follow that path.
- The slogan on the box: Full attention to get the job done! It's because when we created the planner, the main purpose was to help every creators, entrepreneurs, makers or anyone who want to be more productive to be focused and stay on track, because this is a pain point today. The whole structure of ifocus built on a way to help reach this result.
- The logo: the meaning of the logo is that anyone capable to cut through the chaos with intelligent focus (ifocus means intelligent focus)
- The size: little bit bigger than A5
- Two main section: The first one is the first 20 page, which section is very helpful if we want to plan a project in details without being too intricate, and use ifocus as a project planner or business planner.
One of the coolest pages here is the LIFE HAPPENS page, where we can prepare for future obstacles and challenges and avoid some problems this way.
My personal favorite is the PROJECT THEMES - ACTIVITY PLANNER pages, where I can chunk down my goal to small parts and this way I see the whole picture and all the elements of the puzzle in the same time. Every week I grab one Project Theme and working on it until it's ready.
There is also another awesome page there called MY EASY TO PRIORITIZE SYSTEM, where you'll find some advice on how to prioritize tasks, which is essential if we really want to win the day
- The pages come in sequence, not separated like for example in some other popular undated Planner where all the monthly, weekly and daily pages are totally separated and it's a little bit confusing and hard to be organized that way.
- The Weekly and Daily Pages are pretty cool. First of all, you'll see a MUST DO - Focus activities section. it's basically a to-do list BUT it creates a big difference in mindset. Anthony Robbins said, that your life will change for the better when your "shoulds" become your "MUSTS". Every week and every day start with an important question: Which Project Theme are you working on this week (or today)? You can put there the number of the PROJECT THEME and it constantly reminds you which project theme should you work on ( every project theme is a piece of puzzle, a smaller part of the big goal or project)
- At the bottom of the page (weekly planner and daily planner), you'll see the boxes where you can prioritize your MUST DO - Focus activities. It's super awesome because you can collect productivity points while you're working or doing the usual daily stuff.
The full system and how to count the points is explained in the quick start guide, but the main thing is that we focus on the Urgent and Important at first, although everybody knows that we should focus on the Important tasks, however, if we don't handle the Urgent and Important tasks, then the project could be in "danger". After we finished with the Urgent and Important box, we can 3X the Important task's 5 points, so every finished Important task becomes 15 points, not 5, which is the true value of an Important task, but only after we finished the Urgent and Important tasks at first. It's not complicated at all, especially when we start to experiment with the "system".
-You should put the number of a MUST DO - Focus activity into the first place in the box, then you can specify the length of a task in minutes, and when you're done with the task, you mark it in the thick box. (sorry for my english, I improve it continuously but it takes time)
- In the Daily Planner there is a function called PROCRASTINOO, which basically means NO PROCRASTINATION. The full explanation is in the quick start guide, but the theory behind it is that to kill procrastination with tricks and psychological "methods" is almost impossible, because it's not a mental issue, it's an ethical issue or the result of wrong time management. At least this is how we think about it, and this is what we observed in our daily life.

So to beat procrastination start with a simple action, at least in ifocus: we record the tasks (max 3) which we didn't do because we did not want to do during the day, not because we had no time to do that. If we worked so hard and had no time to finish some tasks, that's simply a time management issue, not a problem of procrastination)

With ifocus, - if you fill out fully and correctly at the beginning - you will know what you should work on weekly and daily to reach your goals, you will know your priorities, you will learn to be more productive by simply doing your job, playing the productivity game and evaluate the results day by day. And it will be fun.
