If you are using some phone with other protocol(Like Google/MOTO/Sony) will occur no picture only audio works situation. you may need to use a wired connection or use another phone that with Miracast protocol. ❤5.This projector has not a built-in rechargeable battery,if you want to use it when camping or have a party outdoors, you can bring your energy storage power supply to charge it. ❤6.If the picture is not clear, it may be because the focus and keystone correction functions have not been adjusted properly.Notice that it not support automatic side projection. ❤7.Please use eshare app if you have problems with the remote control, or contact us to get a new version of the remote control. ❤8.Please upgrade OTA before use, if you don’t know how to upgrade, please contact us. ❤9.If you receive damaged product, please don't be angry and contact us firstly as soon as possible. ❤10.About its lifespan as we provide lifetime professional technical support.
