Put the roller in the middle of your forehead and roll outward, toward your ear. Repeat 3 to 6 times. 2. Gently roll the small roller 3 times around the eye socket. Place it in the inner corner of the eye and roll outward, toward your temple. 3. Using the large roller, work from the nose out to the ear. Continue with upper lip, lower lip and the chin. At the chin, follow along the lower jaw line to under your earlobe. 4. Starting on the chin, work from the center outward and upward on the cheeks. Then at the center, make sweeping rolls under the chin towards the collar bone. How to Use Gua Sha 1. Keep Gua Sha flat against the face and begin with the forehead. Scrape in an upwards motion from the eyebrows to the hairline. 2. Move to the cheeks and scrape in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose until the ear. 3. Move to the jawline and use the end of the scraper with the two curves. Start from the chin and scrape until the ear. 4. For the under-eye area, very gently scrape the tool from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. 5.
