GERmanikure files are hand crafted of bohemian crystal glass and tempered for durability. The texture is etched directly into the 3mm thick glass and is impossible to wear off. This file can actually be used either wet or dry, in both directions without causing microscopic frays and gouges. Rather than making each phrase appear in bold high contrast, these files have a delicate sandblasted print for the handles in gentle colors to make the message appear subtly and unobtrusively. In most light, the message on the file handle appears lit from within. GERmanikure takes a very firm stance on environmental responsibility and child labor. Each tool in the GERmanikure line is ethically crafted in a responsible manner. Manufacturing waste is recycled and wastewater is filtered and cleaned back to drinking water standards before re-use in the polishing and grinding machines. Each tool is guaranteed to be free of unethical labor practices such as forced or child labor, unlike most tools available in the drugstore today. File comes with a cowhide leather sleeve to protect it. Occasionally these sleeves may be snug. If yours is snug, please squeeze the edge seams while removing the file.
