I'd then be happy to send you a sample of the KetonX drink or you may wish to jump straight in and get the whole system and start looking and feeling fantastic!   GETTING STARTED   Familiarise yourself with the approved food list (attached) and make sure you have the right foods ready to go. If you know you're likely to snack, prepare approved snacks for at least the first 3 days. Measure your waist, stomach, chest and any other area (e.g. Arms, thighs etc) take photos! You don't need to share them but they are great to look back on!    DAY 1 - 10   Follow these 3 simple steps over the next consecutive 10  days.   1. KetonX - A morning orange flavoured drink which you sip over a period of 30 minutes. It's important not to skull this. Simply mix 600mls of cold water (add ice - optional) in a shaker and sip :) If you're a morning tea/coffee drinker have that first. Remember, no sugar or milk. But you can add a sweetener or a dash of full cream. Snack if you need to off the approved list.  * It takes your stomach 20 minutes to tell the brain it's full.   3 hours later   2. A choc chip Dough Bite - enjoy it like a chewy bar or bake them into cookies!  (5-6mins at 180 degrees. Watch them though, because they can burn fast). And lots of water!!! Again, snack if you need to. Nuts or a boiled egg is perfect. This bar is full of fibre and loads of nutrients.    Then 3 hours later   3. A chocolate shake (Fixx Shake). Add 250mls cold water in a shaker and enjoy! You can also add ice and a dollop of full cream, optional but so much better!! And again, a snack if you need too. This baby will give you an energy boost thanks to the Guarana and because it's a meal replacement, it's filling too!    DINNER IDEAS
