A Message From ro•sham•bo baby ro•sham•bo baby is owned and operated by San Diego family Scott, Julia and their baby girl, Avery. we started our little company after realizing that nobody was making high quality, stylish baby sunglasses while at a baseball game with a friend’s newborn. scott put his adult sunglasses on him and lightening struck: Little People Deserve Big People Shades. 2 years later, we had the world’s best baby sunglasses ready for your little one and ours! soft, flexible, durable teething material, 100% UVA/B protection, and awesome 90's nostalgic names like buller, ice ice baby, kelly kapowski, and zack morris. our company name is a reference to the game we all grew up playing (otherwise know as “rock, paper, scissor"). it also pays tribute to our autism support mission: special education and autism teachers have told us that playing ro•sham•bo can be a valuable teaching tool when kids need a quiet, calming, and personal interaction with a teacher. Scott has autism in his family, so it has always been a pillar of our business that a portion of every sale would go to autism charity. We are proud to say we have already contributed well over $1,000 to the Autism Research Institute and hope to donate much more in the years to come. we launched in june 2013 with a crowdfunding campaign to test our market and build up needed capital to fund more inventory and build this website. the result was overwhelming and the customer support and glowing feedback we received further fueled our ambition to make this dream a reality. Italian-made soft, flexible, durable teething material... What Will You Review? You can choose one pair of sunglasses in your choice of color and from the sizes listed below. Size options: Baby- fits ages 0-2 yrs depending on your babies head size the italian made, ultra durable, flexible and light material is specially designed with baby in mind... a teething material designed to be chewed on! soft, lightweight arms bend gently inward to help keep the shades on baby's head while remaining ultra comfortable. this helps avoid the need for a strap that has an inherent choking risk (not to mention, a strap won't do much against a stubborn baby and often just makes them more frustrated!). arms can be bent to fit your baby's head shape as needed. all this and still so light they can float! in fact, our baby shades are over 25% lighter than Babiators! Junior- fits ages ages 3-12 depending on your kiddos head size the italian made, ultra durable, flexible and light material is specially designed with kids in mind... it can be chewed on, dropped, thrown, stretched, even stepped on! soft, lightweight arms bend gently inward to help keep the shades on junior's head while remaining ultra comfortable. arms can be bent to fit their head shape as need too. all this and still so light they float in the pool!
